Few people know how a constitutional reform can change society. It requires diplomatic skills and expertise in international laws, and it also needs several degrees that can be obtained from a university. One of the most prominent experts in constitutional reform is Sujit Choudhry, who is likewise working as an advisor, an educator, an author, and a speaker. He is known as the founder of the Center for Constitutional Transitions, where he currently serves as the executive director. The Center for Constitutional Transitions focuses on assisting states which are considering a shift from their present type of government to a democratic form of government. They are also responsible for giving out information to the assembly and the public as to how a constitutional change can be advantageous to the society, and what are its possible setbacks.

There are over 50 legal experts who forged a partnership with the Center for Constitutional Transitions, and they originate from more than 20 countries. These experts are the ones advising the client states about what they should do once they shifted to a democratic form of government. They are also providing solutions to the present issues that the nation faces and offers assistance on how to resolve it. Sujit Choudhry had the idea to create an extensive network of legal experts to help in creating a constitution for a particular state.
